Kingley&Posh currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.. We do not accept checks or cash. If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged when the order is shipped.

Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry Kingley&Posh.
Sales tax
We charge required local and state taxes for Virginia residents only. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by Kingley&Posh’s computer system.
Returns or Exchanges
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction with Kingley&Posh merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange regularly priced merchandise within 30 days. This date will be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Please note that returns received later than this posted date will be eligible for store credit only for a period of an additional 30 days if the item is still being sold on Kingleyandposh.com in the applicable color and size. Store credit will reflect the most current sales price listed. Any merchandise received after 60 days will be automatically returned to sender. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE ONLY (no returns will be accepted).
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any boutique locations carrying Kingley&Posh.
If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S., shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.
Please note that International customers will be charged a standard shipping fee for all exchanges. That fee will be determined by country and order size.

Credit Card Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
Cancellations
Cancellations may not be made within 48 hours of a products scheduled ship date.

Standard (Ground):
Standard orders will be processed, pending credit card approval, within four business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Overnight (Air):
Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received by 12 noon EST and credit card authorization is obtained. Please note that overnight delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APO/FPO, and all other orders outside the Continental United States. Also note that we do not offer UPS Air delivery for Saturday delivery. All air orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday only.

International
Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order and the destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A street address and telephone number is required. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO.

If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations: The first will confirm the placement of your order The second will confirm the shipment of your order
Out of Stock Items
While Kingley&Posh makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is shipped via USPS or UPS, an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.
Delivery Time
When estimating when your Kingley&Posh clothing will arrive, please consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon EST will not be processed until the following day
- Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
- Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
- There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver
